Food Services is responsible for the ordering, preparing, and serving of food to the inmates of both Correctional facilities. The civilian cooks supervise inmates in cooking and cleaning of kitchen areas. F.C.C.C. 1 serves 2,000 meals a day, F.C.C.C. 2 serves 5,000 for a total of 7,000 meals that are prepared every day 7 days a week. Personnel consist of (1) Food Service Manager, (18) Cooks.
