Property Room

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office Property room is responsible for the documentation, storage, chain of evidence, disposal and release of all property impounded by Deputies.
 

Legal Notice:
 
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is in possession of property collected from 2016 to present. The property includes (bicycles, clothing, electronic equipment, backpacks, tools, hygiene items, etc). Anyone having a legal right to any of these items should contact the Property Room to view the items at 614-525-3316.
 
Anyone claiming rights to these items should produce proper identification and detailed characteristics of these items, including serial numbers, the way it was found, and any other identifying condition. Should it be determined by the Court that these items are abandoned, ownership to them will transfer to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for disposal.
