Detectives with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office are asking the public to help identify a suspect in a sexual assault investigation.
It happened in west Columbus in early April. Detectives say the suspect is an acquaintance of the victim’s family. His identity remains unknown at this time, but he is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s and may reside in the Columbus area.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to identify this suspect. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at (614) 525-3351. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
