Double Fatal Motorcycle Traffic Crash

Sheriff Dallas Baldwin states that the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a motorcycle traffic crash which occurred today at approximately 1:35 PM on Norton Road south of Johnson Road in Pleasant Township. A 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling southbound on Norton Road. Meanwhile there was a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek stopped in the northbound lane of Norton Road to make a left-hand turn into a private driveway. While the Subaru was waiting to turn left a 2012 Ford F150 that was coming around a curve on Norton Road from behind the Subaru that was stopped. The Ford then went left of center striking the motorcycle in the southbound lanes and then struck the rear driver’s side of the Subaru. The driver of the Ford was identified as Charles Enterman, age 51 of Grove City, Ohio. The driver of the Subaru was identified as Phillip Panilchuck, age 18, of Loganville, Georgia. Both the driver and the passenger of the Harley Davidson were transported to Doctors West Hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The driver was identified as Joshua Kimbler, age 43 of Logan, Ohio. The passenger was identified as Donielle Barker of, age 40 of London, Ohio. No other parties in this crash had injuries. There was no indication of drugs or alcohol being used. Neither person on the motorcycles were wearing helmets at the time of the crash. This incident remains under investigation.
