My name is Nicholas Williams, and I am a Sergeant at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, serving in the Recruitment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Division. Over my 16-year tenure, I have had the privilege of working in various divisions, including corrections, patrol, and investigations. This diverse experience has equipped me with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of our organization. I have always lived by one motto: “Be the change you want to see!” This guiding principle has fueled my passion for a service-oriented profession.
Education has been a cornerstone of my life, and I have always strived for personal growth. I am a proud graduate of Franklin University, where I pursued a triple major. This thirst for knowledge led me to return for a master's program in public administration. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in activities that challenge me, such as building things, flying airplanes, and running my nonprofit organization. I am currently based in the central Ohio area, deeply rooted in the community I serve.
