David M. Masterson is Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer, with responsibility for the Finance, Human Resources, Records and Information Technology Departments. Dave has been with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office since 2000 and previously served as the Director of Administrative Services from January 2013 to December 2022.
Dave graduated from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and received his Master of Business Administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
