Marian Mines is a Personnel Officer in Recruitment for the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Her favorite part of her role is connecting with the community and sharing the wonderful opportunities the FCSO has to offer. She takes pride when an interaction translates into one seeking a new career with the office. She is passionate about helping others and uses each interaction as an opportunity to positively impact and serve.
Marian has her bachelor’s degree in economics from Kent State University and is pursuing her master’s degree in public administration from Franklin University. She has over 10 years’ experience in public service, holding various roles in Finance and Human Resources capacities. Her personal ventures include maternal health advocacy and volunteering with the American Heart Association where she served in the 2024 Go Red Class of Survivors.
Her favorite pastime is spending time with her amazing children, reading, and cooking gourmet meals.
